Please read the information provided in the user manual very carefully. We can clearly assure you that the product you bought from CLEANVAC will be serving you safely for many years ahead as long as the product is serviced regularly . This product’s industry and commerce ministry certified life term is 10(ten) years.
USER MANUAL
PREFACE
CAUTION
This user guide is given along with the machine and should be kept during the machines lifetime. Please read all the instructions and warnings on this manual before working with or on the machine. People who have not read the user manual should not operate the machine.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OPERATOR
- Operator is responsible for the daily maintenance of the machine
- Operator is supposed to maintain the machine to keep it in perfect working condition.
- Operator is required to notify qualified technicians in case of a damage or failure of the machine.
- This machine should not be used on hazardous wastes, contact manufacturer if there is a need to do so.
PACKAGING
This machine is sold as complately installed and in perfect working condition. Therefore costumer is not required to do any installation.
PURPOSE OF USAGE
This machine is suitable to be used for the cleaning purposes of commercial places such as schools,hospitals,factories ,offices… etc.
CAUTION
This machine is designed to be used on hard floors (tile,marley,marble..etc.) with the usage of approopriate brush ,it can also be used to clean soft surfaces (carpet,rug..etc.)
WARNING
*This machine should be used for the purposes its designed for.
*Manufacturing firm can not be held responsible of the defects caused by using the machine for the purposes other than what it is designed for.
*Our machines produced according to the current safety laws
*A plate is attached on each machine showing the serial numbers and the technical specifications.
*Before purchasng make sure the plate is attached, if not contact the manufacturer or the seller.
*Machines with no plates attached are considered as unidenified and excluded from the warranty.
WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please avoid contact of the power cord with the brush
- Please choose suitable brush before starting to work
- Use hard floor brushes for marbles,mosaics,parquets…etc
- Use soft floor brushes for carpets,rugs …etc
- Please use plastic holder for polishing floors
- Do not run the machine on dry floors
- Please inspect the power cord once a while for defects. if crushes or bendings noticed ,have it replaced
- Power cord should only be replaced with appropriate cords as listed in the user manual.
- İf you are using an extansion cable please make sure its capacity is as required

WARNING
- Please remove the brush apart from the machine after completing your work to avoid bending of the bristles
- Use the control lever to have the machine working in appropriate position
- Keep the machine away form children
- Have your machine serviced by only qualifed technicians
CAUTION
Please unplug the machine before maintaning or taking the brush apart
Please make sure the capacity of your electrical outlet is suitable for the maximum (kw) stated on the machine
If you are not sure please contact professionals before running the machine
If the plug of the machine does not macth your electrical outlet ,please have it replaced by professionals.
Manufacturer firm can not be held responsible for damages caused by improperly installed grounding line.
NOTICE
Please keep your user manual at a safe place,in case of handing the machine to a new owner enclose user manual along with it.
DISUSING THE MACHINE
All feeding recourses of the machine should be disconnected. Water tank should be left empty. Before starting the machine again after a long time of disusing please check electric and water cables for crevices and cuts.
INSTALLATION
The most important issue to pay attention to while installing is electrical suitability of your network with the machine . The steps described above must be performed carefully.
Machine’s water tank must be filled,desired detergant may be added.
Appropriate brush must be installed on the machine.
Installation must be done on a flat surface
USAGE
After applying all the safety precautions as described above hold the controlling arm firmly.
Determine the appropirate brush suitable to the work you like to do.
Use hard floor brush for floors such as mozaic,marble,parquet….etc
Use soft brush for soft areas such as carpets&rugs.
Pad holder is a brush that holds polishing pad and used for polishing floors.
With the help of adjusment lever you can select the appropriate work type .
With the on/off swith you can have water flow through brush
You can start working by turning on the power switch
IMPORTANT
CAUTION !!
This machine should not be operated by children or persons under the influence of alcahol.
Use only qualified accesories and spare parts that gurantee safe operation.
Please keep animals and humans away from areas within the workspace of the machine
Please disconnect electric and water networks before performing any kind of cleaning or maintenance on the machine
Please have your machine inspected periodically once every year at one of our qualified servicing centers.
Do not use your machine with a damaged power cable, if you notice a damage on the cable please contact one of our servicing areas to have it replaced. Power cables should not be replaced by unqualified persons.
This machine is designed to be used with brushes only specified by the manufacturer firm,using any other type of brushes might effect the safety of the machine.
Your machine is made to be a first class device against electric shocks.
Our machines safety adjustments are made in the factory and shoud not be changed.
Do not use your machine around erosive and potential exlosive gases
Electrical connection should be done according to current rules and manufacturing firm’s warnings by only qualified technicians.
Operating the machine with an improper electrical connection may cause it to harm its surroundings,in this case manufacturer firm can not be held responsible.
